Insights for MAT Leaders

OUR PURPOSE

01 / NATIONAL PICTURE
02 / BEST PRACTICE
03 / BENCHMARKING

The MAT Leaders Insight Report provides a national picture of commercial, academic and staffing strategies used by our multi-academy trusts.

The insight reports give MAT leaders the opportunity to understand what their peers are doing in MATs like theirs. The report is launched via a series of national workshops providing networking opportunities for MAT Leaders.

All participants in this important national research project receive a personalized benchmarking report comparing their trust's operation policies against the national picture.
